Hydrobathing - we use temperature controlled clean, fresh water for each Rov-a. The bath is a twin tank system which means each Rov-a is washed and rinsed in warm clean water. (even if there is more than 1 Rov-a at the same house)

Shampoo & Conditioners - we only use PH balanced and soap free shampoo and conditioners. They will not strip the oils from the coat hence not interfering with spot on flea treatments you may be using.

Medicated Shampoo - If you have been advised by your veterinarian your Rov-a will benefit from a specific medicated shampoo. We can look after that as well. We have a range of medicated shampoo's available or we can use yours.

Flea Rinse - A flea rinse is available. Note this will depend upon if you currently use another form of flea control.

Blow Dry - All Rov-a's are blow dried (except those that like to eat the drier). Drying Rov-a allow's as much loose hair as possible to be removed. This reduces shedding between washes.

Ear & Eye Clean - Ear infections can be very painful for Rov-a's. All Rov-a's receive an ear and eye clean with veterinary approved cleanser.

Nail Clip - If required.

Grooming - Rov-a's are groomed using professional quality equipment.

TLC - Rov-a's receive free kisses and cuddles.
